WebView.close

Close the view and release its WebContent process. After close, all methods throw. Idempotent.

Pending operations reject with Error("WebView closed"). The rejections are marked as handled: a promise you hold still rejects catchably, but a pending operation nothing holds never triggers unhandledRejection.
