WebView.closeAll

Force-kill all browser subprocesses (Chrome and the WKWebView host). Pending promises on all views reject on the next event loop tick.

Called automatically at process exit. Call manually to reclaim browser resources early — subsequent new Bun.WebView() calls respawn them. Idempotent: calling when no subprocesses are alive is a no-op.
