fs.WriteStreamOptions.windowsHandle

A raw Win32 HANDLE to read from or write to, in place of a path or fd. Use it for a handle that is not a CRT file descriptor, such as an anonymous pipe handle inherited from another process.

The stream wraps the handle in a file descriptor that it owns and closes. Windows only: on other platforms the constructor throws ERR_FEATURE_UNAVAILABLE_ON_PLATFORM. It cannot be combined with fd or fs.
